With more than 10 years of experience in top restaurants, Hakim has embarked on a new adventure that matches his talent: the opening of his own establishment, Miel. Housed on Centre Street in Montreal, the menu is inspired by his roots, and draws from his authentic approach and technical knowledge. The result: a menu that highlights a cuisine that is both accessible and refined.
